Zero-waste

The linen kimono is inspired by documentary videos on linen production. It is hand-dyed with onion skins, madder and logwood. The design utilizes zero-waste construction, meaning no scraps were created while cutting out the pattern. The simple silhouette resembles a shawl, but actually has two slightly fitted armholes.
